For FUSI-ON, I developed fully bespoke USB-C Power Delivery firmware on the Infineon EZ-PD™ CCG3PA.
An amazing chip, that allows customizing the PD stack callbacks and policy engine to enable dynamic voltage scaling, as well as advanced multi protocol messaging. It was built and flashed via KitProg3, then rigorously validated across attach-detach, role-swap, and fault-handling scenarios with a high-precision USB-C analyzer.
